Warner Music Nashville riser Chase Matthew builds on red-hot success with his new EP We All Grow Up, dropping a country-or-nothing project full of backroad swagger and broken hearts today (2/16). Available across all streaming platforms and digital retailers, listen here.

“I’m so happy that this project is finally out and my fans can listen to what they’ve been waiting for,” shares Matthew.

The follow-up to Matthew’s 2023 sophomore album, Come Get Your Memory, the collection finds an emerging star co-writing four of six tracks, and swerving into a creative lane of his own design. Never shying away from opening up – or from tough-talking pride – the Music City native claims the country lifestyle with an unflinching, take-it-or-leave-it attitude which is currently driving huge gains nationwide.

Early releases like the nostalgic title track “We All Grow Up” and hard-hitting banger “Small Town Shit” set the tone. Now, the focus shifts toward the overall EP – and the fiery “Darlin’.” Co-written by MatthewAlex MaxwellHunter Huff, and Ciaran Wilkie, it’s a callback to the cheating anthems of Country’s classic era – made for the modern age – as the slow-burning story of a suspicious heart matches its acoustic guitar-and-banjo base with a Hip-Hop thump under producers Maxwell and Jake Angel, while Matthew’s low-slung vocal flow further puts a shady player on the spot. Check out the lyric video here

With over 900 MILLION global career streams – including more than 275 MILLION from his first RIAA PLATINUM-certified smash, “County Line” – Matthew has seen both independent streaming success and a chart-rising Top 30 single at Country radio (with debut “Love You Again”), all while tastemakers call out his next-up status.

Along with “One to Watch” attention from HITS and MusicRow’s Next Big Thing Class of 2024, he was just added to Wide Open Country’s spotlight, who cited “charismatic shows and music that strikes a chord with fans” as the core of his “rapidly ascending career.”

Kicking off celebrations for the We All Grow Up EP’s delivery with an ice-cold performance at the Nashville Predators game last night (2/15), he’s next set to rock the Grand Ole Opry tonight (2/16) before his biggest year yet rolls on. Matthew’s headlining COME GET YOUR MEMORY EXTENDED TOUR rumbles through June, with runs on deck supporting Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan. Check out his website for complete tour information.
