INGRID ANDRESS TO OPEN 10th SEASON OF WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE’S
PICKIN’ ON THE PATIO CONCERT SERIES MAY 29
It’s that time of year, summer is here! And with it the 10th season of Warner Music Nashville’s Pickin’ on the Patio, kicking off Wednesday, May 29 with breakout artist Ingrid Andress.
Andress, who recently made her national TV debut on Late Night with Seth Meyers, has been described as a "country pop rookie who can write a chorus like Sia" (PAPER). The acclaimed singer/songwriter will have brand new music available everywhere Friday with the release of “Both,” which follows the “elegantly written” (New York Times) “More Hearts Than Mine.” Her first major-label release, the “slow-burning anthem of independence” (Rolling Stone) “Lady Like” prompted CMT to declare her “one of the most creative tunesmiths to call Nashville home in recent memory.” Having honed her skills writing with heavy hitters in the music community such as Sam Hunt and Alicia Keys, Andress has several co-writer credits to her name, including Charli XCX’s “Boys.”
Doors at 20 Music Square East will open at 5:00 p.m. and the show will begin at 5:30.
