Seven Track Acoustic Album Highlights ACM Nominees Musicianship
NASHVILLE, TN (March 23, 2018) - It’s good to be home for High Valley, who recently returned from a global run overseas and today released the High Valley: Farmhouse Sessions to all digital retailers. Brothers Brad and Curtis Rempel, who are currently nominated for ACM New Vocal Duo/Group, stripped down seven tracks off their Atlantic Records/WMN album Dear Life further showcasing how they can bring “a modern pulse to a generation-bridging mix of folk, pop and country” according to Rolling Stone.
"Whenever we rehearse new songs as a band we like to start out acoustically so that we can focus on the musicianship and the harmonies,” shared Brad. “Often we go to the Farmhouse to clear our minds and allow this to happen naturally. We are so pumped to share these acoustic sessions with our amazingly supportive fans!"
Recorded on a farm outside Nashville, the High Valley: Farmhouse Sessions showcases the Rempel brothers’ musicianship, honed over years of practice growing up in rural Canada. High Valley brings select tracks from the Farmhouse Sessions to life with stunning visuals like their current single “She’s With Me.” Watch here. The “infectious bluegrass-pop sound” (Billboard) is currently in the Top 10 on the country radio airplay charts and marks High Valley’s first entry into the Billboard Hot 100 in addition to tallying over 29 million on demand streams.
