3x GRAMMY Award-winners Dan + Shay kicked off the summer, outdoor amphitheater, leg of The Heartbreak On The Map Tour this past weekend to thunderous crowds in Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN, and St. Louis, MO.
The 2x CMA Awards Duo of the Year and 4x ACM Awards Duo of the Year immediately turned to social media to thank their fervent fans, posting “We grew up spending our summers in the lawn at these outdoor amphitheaters, and ever since we started our band, it has been a long shot dream to headline them. Because of you, that dream has become a reality.
The Heartbreak On The Map Summer Tour kicked off this weekend in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and St. Louis, and our minds were absolutely blown (as you could probably tell from watching our reactions on stage). These were some of the biggest and most engaged crowds we have ever played for, and we could not be more grateful. This is going to be the best summer of our lives and we’re so excited for y’all to be a part of it. Thank you to everyone who showed up and gave us everything!”
Almost a year to the day, Dan + Shay performed what would be the title track to their fifth studio album, Bigger Houses, for the first time on TODAY (NBC) Citi Concert Series (7/21/2023). One year later, “Bigger Houses” continues to climb at Country radio and the reaction from fans is undeniable (WATCH).
The summer leg of The Heartbreak On The Map Tour features amphitheater-style venues and is produced by Live Nation.
