"Pop-savvy singer-songwriter” (NPR) to Join Chris Lane on Tour
Nashville, TN - October 18, 2017 - When it comes to making music, Bailey Bryan continues to highlight her “distinctive energy and personality” (Billboard) as she expresses herself the only way she knows how. She draws inspiration - not only from her rural Pacific Northwest roots but also from the power of Country Music’s songs as she continues to find “underexplored musical pockets” (New York Times) within the genre. It’s the feeling a song elicits that drives her, which is what drew Bryan to Drake's "Too Good."

"Pop, RnB, Country and Hip Hop have always been an influence in my music and writing," Bryan said. "I’m a sucker for a great melody, cool phrasing and most importantly a story that evokes emotion. That’s what I want in any music I play, whether I wrote it or not, and this song has all of those things to me."
It began simply as a track that Bryan couldn't get out of her head. She eventually put her own spin on it, and "Too Good" became a live show staple. The enthusiastic response to Bryan's cover led her to record it and create an accompanying music video.
"It’s the part of the show where the band leaves the stage, and it’s just me and my guitar. It’s always my favorite thing to see people singing the words, or just listening a little closer to the stripped-down performance. To me, it's continued proof that great songs translate in any setting.”
Bryan is continuing to introduce her new music to live audiences across the country, set to join Chris Lane on tour this fall, following recent runs with Kane Brown and Dan + Shay. Bryan also joined star-studded lineups for major festivals over the summer such as Stagecoach, CMA Fest, LakeShake, Faster Horses, Watershed and more.
Since Billboard's Chartbreaker Bailey Bryan first arrived on the scene with her debut single "Own It," critics have prepared the world to "fall in love" (PEOPLE) with the singer/songwriter. Touted by Rolling Stone and Entertainment Weekly as an "artist you need to know," Bryan's debut EP SO FAR (300 Entertainment/Warner Music Nashville) has been hailed as “excellent, infectious” (New York Times).
