Self-proclaimed “sad girl” songstress Avery Anna is finding a calm after the storm in her new track, “Two Sides Of The Story” (LISTEN HERE). “I felt a lot of closure writing this song,” Avery explained. “To me it conveys the acceptance after heartbreak when you truly know that no matter what happened, and who is to blame, the outcome is the same. All that’s left to do at that point is move on.”
The song follows her most recent release, “Make It Look Easy,” described by Billboard as “rage-fueled rock” who also praise how the “ragged edge in her voice tops thrashing drums and a sonic thicket of electric guitars that mirror the lyric’s emotional angst” (LISTEN HERE). “Make It Look Easy” continues to resonate with fans, who have been streaming the song an average of one million times a week for a current and climbing total of six million streams in just five weeks. Both tracks will be featured on her forthcoming debut album due this summer via Warner Music Nashville.
