Platinum-selling recording artist and entertainer Chris Janson reflects on the wild and wonderful days of youth in his defiant new song “We Did It Anyway” (listen HERE). The nostalgic track (Janson, Dallas Davidson, Ashley Gorley, Chris Stevens) is the latest release from his upcoming album, All In, due April 29 and available now for preorder (click HERE). Check out the accompanying music video, directed by David Bradley, HERE.
“This is my kids’ favorite song on the album, and I love hearing them sing along. They usually pick the hits – so I’m excited for the fans to hear it!” Janson said. “The video was a blast to shoot. Everything was exactly how we did it growing up – a hay trailer with guitars and amps in a big, open field. It doesn’t get better than that.”
“We Did It Anyway” is one of 16 tracks on All In. The fully loaded project features collaborations with Eric Church and Travis Tritt, as well as co-writes with some of Nashville’s most acclaimed writers – Church, Ashley Gorley, David Lee Murphy, Rhett Akins, Casey Beathard, Dallas Davidson and more. Other pre-launch releases include the album’s raucous opening number “Keys To The Country” (listen HERE), as well as the title track (listen HERE) and “Cold Beer Truth” (listen HERE).
Janson recently visited The Kelly Clarkson Show to perform “Bye Mom” (watch HERE), the lead single from All In. “Bye Mom” has been lauded as a “masterfully written story song” (Taste of Country) about loving someone more than yourself. MusicRow has praised the single as “achingly lovely” and described it as “tapping into a universal truth.”
The “live legacy in the making” (Rolling Stone), whom Bobby Bones named among the “greatest performers in country music,” is currently headlining his “Halfway to Crazy” Tour and recently sold-out his third date at the historic Ryman Auditorium. Tickets for remaining dates on the run are on sale now (click HERE). Accompanying him on the road are hit-making singer / songwriter Ray Fulcher and up-and-comer Shane Profitt.
Over the past six years as a Warner Music Nashville recording artist, Janson has spread “Good Vibes” while collecting four chart-topping singles, seven billion airplay impressions, more than 1.7 billion on-demand career streams and several major industry awards.
